Important information:
- Once you have access to the VOIDS app (www.app.voids.ai) you can leverage the “Import Data” module to upload further data that is necessary mostly for an accurate alert calculation.
- In general, you will have the possibility to create a Google Sheet for each of the data sources that will insert data directly into the VOIDS application. To start, klick the drop down for each data source and then click on “Create Google Sheet File” and follow the instructions.
- Each type of manual data upload has a different template with must-have (Required) and nice-to-have columns.
- VOIDS automatically syncs the data you have uploaded / changed / deleted in a hourly frequency, but we recommend clicking the “Sync Data” button after you are done.
- You can also delete a file again by clicking the “Delete” button.
- If you want to continue editing the file, click the “Open Google Sheet” button.
- If you want to share the file with someone, click the “Share” button.
- IMPORTANT: The uploads are using Shopify Identification system to identify products on a variant level. If you do not have a proper mapping of Shopify IDs to the relevant internal data, please ask the VOIDS team for help. VOIDS can pull different mappings between Shopify variant ID, Barcode / EAN, SKU, product ID etc. for you.
- IMPORTANT: VOIDS app will work without any of these files. However, the alerts accuracy and practical relevance might be affected if this data is not provided.
- IMPORTANT: Some of the data inputs, e.g. bundle matrix, will only be considered with a forecast refresh, so for this example once per week.
Instructions:
The bundle mapping / matrix plays a crucial role in managing bundled products for your direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand. By carefully filling out each field, you'll be able to track, assemble, and handle bundles effectively, whether they are physically on stock or assembled upon order.
By understanding the nature of the bundles (virtual or physically reattributable), you can make sure you only get relevant alerts in the VOIDS application on single product level that are relevant to build your individual bundles.

- Individual Variant IDs:
- Quantity Distribution:
- Virtual / Physical Reattributable:
Understanding Bundles:
- Physical Reattributable Bundle: A bundle that is physically on stock and can be broken down into individual components if necessary. It provides flexibility in inventory management.
